During the operation of the motor, affected by factors such as power supply, environment and load, its electromagnetic field is a dynamic process. How to use factors that may affect motor performance as variables, conduct theoretical simulation demonstrations through software, and accurately analyze and grasp the factors that guarantee and improve motor performance has become a necessary means to improve and improve motor design technology, that is, to advance motor performance prediction to the design stage, which is the simulation technology for the internal field distribution and dynamic changes of the motor.
Previous motor designs have incorporated more experience data from successful products, and even the most perfect designs must rely on type tests and actual operation for verification and evaluation. Simulation technology can obtain the three-dimensional magnetic flux distribution in the stator and rotor slots by establishing a simulation model of the motor's internal field, dynamically analyze and master the performance characteristics of the motor's starting and operating states, and make relatively accurate predictions of motor efficiency, temperature rise, vibration, noise and other performance, especially for the state verification of fine-tuning of motor product factors, which is more accurate and realistic. With the continuous expansion of the motor field, new energy equipment has also put forward higher requirements for supporting motors. How to quickly meet the requirements of high-performance motors, simulation technology will inevitably become a technical tool shared by motor designers and users.
