This series of motors adopts a box structure, and the machine base is welded into a box shape with steel plates, which is light in weight and good in rigidity. There are window holes on both sides of the machine base, and shutters are installed. After dismantling, you can observe and touch the inside of the motor, which is convenient for maintenance and repair of the motor.
 
The stator adopts an external press-fit structure, the stator winding adopts F-class insulating material, the 10kv motor adopts reliable anti-corona measures, and the winding ends are reliably fixed and bound. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone multiple interim pulse voltage tests and ground-to-ground withstand voltage tests, and is treated by vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint process (VP). Therefore, the insulation performance of the motor is excellent and reliable, the mechanical strength is good, and the moisture-proof ability is strong.
 
The squirrel cage rotor has two structures of cast aluminum and copper bars. It is manufactured by advanced and reliable cast aluminum process or welding process, and has been verified by precise dynamic balance, so the motor runs smoothly and reliably.
 
Bearing protection grade is IP44 or IP54.
 
The protection level of the main outlet box is IP54, and there are separate grounding terminals inside and outside the main outlet box.
 
According to user requirements, temperature measuring devices can be added to important parts such as stator windings and bearings to facilitate on-site observation and remote monitoring to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor.
 
4. Starting of the motor
 
1. The user's power grid should ensure that the motor terminal voltage during the starting process of the motor is not lower than 85% of the rated voltage.
 
2. The resistance torque characteristic of the driven machinery is the resistance torque characteristic of the water pump.
 
3. Under the above conditions, the motor is allowed to start twice in a row in the actual cold state or once in the hot state of the motor, and the motor will stop naturally between the two times, and the additional restart of the motor should be after 4 hours of parking.
