YZR Motor Features
source:未知 time:2023-03-02 17:03nbsp; click:
The winding of the wound rotor of YZR motor is similar to that of the stator winding. The three-phase windings are connected in a star shape, and the three end wires are connected to the three copper slip rings mounted on the rotating shaft, and are connected to the external circuit through a set of brushes.
The motor protection grade of YZR motor used in metallurgical places is IP54, and the insulation grade is divided into F grade and H grade. Class F is suitable for general places where the temperature of the cooling medium does not exceed 40°C; Class H is suitable for metallurgical places where the temperature of the cooling medium does not exceed 60°C. The motor stator junction box is located on the top of the frame and can be wired from either side of the frame.
The biggest advantage of YZR hoisting motor is its large starting torque, so it is used in occasions with high requirements for starting torque. Such as metallurgy, lifting and so on.
