Structure principle of vibrating motor

The vibration motor is a set of adjustable eccentric blocks installed at both ends of the rotor shaft. The exciting force is obtained from the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric block. Motor vibration frequency range is wide, only the excitation power and power match properly, to reduce the mechanical noise. Vibration motors are divided into six categories: start-up and operating modes, and operating speeds.
1. Vibration motor structure
Vibrating motors consist of a special motor with an exciting weight. When the motor rotates with electricity, the exciting block generates the exciting force, which is transmitted to the vertical and horizontal vibrating machinery through the motor foot or flange.
Special motor is composed of special stator coil and rotor shaft, which can withstand high frequency vibration. The vibration force of the horizontal vibration motor can be adjusted from zero to the maximum by adjusting the Angle of the two eccentric blocks at the coaxial end. Vertical vibration motor adopts two eccentric block as vibration block, one at each shaft end, fixed eccentric block in the upper shaft end, adjustable eccentric block in the lower shaft end. A set of additional blocks are arranged on the outside of the upper eccentric block and the lower eccentric block. By adjusting the number of additional blocks, the exciting force of the vibration motor can be adjusted in stages.
2. Working principle of vibration motor
Vibration motor is an excitation source combining power source and vibration source. The vibration motor is equipped with a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotor shaft. The vibration motor has high utilization rate of vibration force, low energy consumption, low noise and long service life. The exciting force of the motor can be stepless adjustment, easy to use. XJD, JZO, YZU, VB, XVM, YZO, YZS, YZD, TZD, TZDC and other vibration motors are general purpose vibration motors.
3. Application of vibration motor
