1. Vibration motor structure
The vibration motor is composed of a special motor and an excitation weight. When the motor is energized and rotated, the excitation block generates an excitation force, and the vertical and horizontal vibration machinery is transmitted through the motor foot or flange.
 
The special motor is composed of a special stator wire package and a rotor shaft, which can withstand high-frequency vibration; the horizontal vibration motor uses four fan-shaped eccentric blocks as the excitation block, and adjusts the angle between the two eccentric blocks at the coaxial end. The excitation force of the vibration motor is adjusted to the maximum; for the vertical vibration motor, two eccentric blocks are used as the excitation blocks, one for each of the two shaft ends, the upper shaft end is a fixed eccentric block, and the lower shaft end is an adjustable eccentric block. A set of additional blocks are installed on the outer sides of the upper and lower eccentric blocks. By adjusting the number of the additional blocks, the exciting force of the vibration motor can be adjusted in stages.
 
2. Working principle of vibration motor
The vibration motor is an excitation source that combines the power source and the vibration source. A set of adjustable eccentric blocks are installed at each end of the rotor shaft, and the excitation force is obtained by using the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and the eccentric block. The vibration motor has high utilization rate of exciting force, low energy consumption, low noise and long life. The excitation force of the vibration motor can be adjusted steplessly, and it is easy to use. The vibration motors of XJD, JZO, YZU, VB, XVM, YZO, YZS, YZD, TZD, TZDC and other types of vibration motors are general-purpose vibration motors.
 
3. Application of vibration motor
Vibration motor products are widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry, electric power, building materials, casting, abrasives, ceramics, glass, food, video, medicine, light industry and other industries. It is an ideal vibration source and excitation source for various vertical vibration motors such as machine, vibration drying equipment, vibration screening equipment, vibration sand shaker, vibration table, and silo vibration anti-blocking device.
