Dust explosion-proof motor features:
The sealed type is that the explosion-proof motor is connected between the various parts of the inner cavity and the outer cavity, and the dustproof effect is achieved by adding a sealing gasket. The gasket must be made of asbestos plate, rubber plate or other durable high-quality materials, and should be suitable for the load conditions of electrical equipment and the expected working life temperature, otherwise it will affect the performance of the motor's explosion-proof motor.
The sealing part of the sealed dust explosion-proof motor mainly refers to the joint between the motor base and the end cover, the joint between the end cover and the outer cover, the joint between the machine base and the junction box, and the joint between the box base and the box cover, etc.
The sealing between the base and the end cover is also high due to the circumference of the joint surface. In order to achieve sealing performance, the gasket must have a certain elasticity. In order to keep the bearing distance of the motor stable, there must be a positioning structure between the machine base and the end cover, which cannot be positioned by the strength of the gasket. When the connecting bolts between the end cover and the base are tightened, the gasket is compressed and thinned, the end cover will move inward, and the entire bearing chamber will also move. If the gap is serious, the bearing will be stuck. Even if it is not stuck, when the explosion-proof motor runs, it will inevitably cause the bearing to be noisy, the bearing temperature will be high, and the service life will be short.
