What problems will be encountered in the application of sealed bearing in motor products?
According to the actual motor design, sealed bearings are adopted for small-size motors, and the motor end cover has the dual functions of bearing chamber and bearing outer cover at the same time. In this way, the bearing inner cover is omitted, the structure of the motor becomes relatively simple, and the material cost and processing cost will naturally become smaller. For products with relatively large specifications, more open bearings are used, and additional grease is added during the assembly of the motor.
Starting from the motor manufacturing process, the use of sealed bearings will make the assembly process simpler and ensure the cleanness of the bearing system in the assembly process. However, from the perspective of use, the motor with sealed bearings is difficult for later maintenance or will increase some material costs.
In the original unified design scheme, the motors of h280 and below are not designed with oil filling and oil drainage devices. The later bearing system maintenance of the motor can only be carried out by disassembly, which is inconvenient; With the discovery of problems in the operation of motor and supporting equipment, many equipment supporting users require the motor to have the function of oil filling and oil drainage without shutdown, which leads to the improvement of motor bearing system, including the selection of bearing and the matching and improvement of oil filling and oil drainage device.
Obviously, it is not suitable to use sealed bearings for motors that need to change lubricating grease frequently, no matter how large their specifications are. For motors that use open bearings, they must be equipped with oil filling and oil drainage structures under non-stop state. In particular, it should be reminded that the operability of oil filling and oil drainage in the process of motor manufacturing cannot be considered only. It must also be very critical, We should consider how to ensure that customers can operate conveniently after the motor is connected with the equipment.
For motors with flange end caps, hoods or axial flow fans, the oil injection and drainage structure of the bearing system must be comprehensively considered. For the bearing system with oil injection and drainage structure, it must be verified whether the oil circuit is unobstructed during assembly to prevent abnormalities in the maintenance process.
