1. Most small motors have adopted double-sealed bearings (with "ZZ" after the bearing model). This type of bearing is pre-oiled and does not need to be re-oiled.
2. Motors with oil filling and draining devices have been filled with oil when leaving the factory, but after the motor is used, it is necessary to regularly add grease according to the time, grease brand, and oil filling amount on the oil filling label.
Bearing oil filling method:
Open the oil filling nozzle, make sure the oil filling nozzle is clean, connect the oil filling nozzle with a manual oil gun or a pneumatic oil gun, and inject grease according to the time, grease brand, and oil filling amount on the oil filling label.
If there is no way to control the amount of oil filling, you can open the oil drain port when refueling. After refueling, let the motor run for 20-30 minutes to allow the excess grease to be discharged, and then cover the oil filling nozzle and the oil drain port dust cover, and the refueling is finished.
If the bearing grease is too much, it will cause the bearing to fail quickly without draining the oil.
Type of lubricating grease:
When refueling, be sure to read the grease brand on the oil filling label and use the correct lubricating grease. If the added grease is incompatible with the original grease, the life of the bearing will be greatly reduced.
