       YZYKS series high-voltage positive pressure shell type three-phase asynchronous motor (frame number 315 ~ 630) (hereinafter referred to as the motor) is a new generation of explosion-proof products developed by our company on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign advanced technology, combined with our company's long-term stable production of high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor design and manufacturing experience. Its positive pressure explosion-proof technology is the first in China.

      The motor adopts the well-known domestic ventilation and leakage compensation system to ensure that when the motor is started, the explosive gas in the motor cavity is effectively replaced (otherwise the device sends an interlocking signal to prevent the motor from starting), the device gives a start signal, and the motor automatically enters the leakage compensation state. During operation, the compensation system automatically maintains the appropriate pressure in the inner cavity to prevent explosive gas from entering the shell. When the outlet pressure is low or under pressure, if normal leakage compensation cannot be guaranteed, the system automatically alarms and cuts off the system power supply or issues an alarm.
      Through the above measures, the reliability of the motor is further improved, and the perfect combination of automatic control and comprehensive protection is achieved. The motor can be manufactured into two explosion-proof types: positive pressure housing type Expx and Expz. The Expx explosion-proof type can be used in Zone 1 and Zone 2, and the Expz explosion-proof type can be used in Zone 2. The two explosion-proof types are used in factories in explosive gas environments formed by gas, steam or mist-like explosive gas with ignition temperatures of groups T1, T2, T3, and T4 and air. The positive pressure housing type Expx can also be used on Class I equipment.

      This series of motors are made of carefully selected materials and are well made. Application

      This series of motors has the characteristics of lower center height, greater power, lower noise, safe and reliable operation, and convenient use and maintenance. It is suitable for driving various ventilators, compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machinery, transportation machinery, general machinery and other mechanical equipment, and is used as the original power in various working conditions such as mining, steel, machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, power station, etc. Whether indoors or outdoors, in plateau climate or hot and humid climate, this series of high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors can always provide outstanding driving force and has won the trust and praise of users.
