2. Steps for conical motor internal wiring
1. Preparation
First, you need to prepare the required tools and materials, including wires, insulating leather sleeves, wire crimping pliers, insulating tape, cable protection tubes, etc. Then, you need to select the appropriate wire specifications according to the rated voltage and rated current of the motor.
2. Inspection before wiring
Before wiring, it is necessary to check whether the electrical parameters of the motor meet the requirements. Including parameters such as voltage, current, and power. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the insulation performance of the motor is good. If the insulation resistance of the motor is found to be lower than the standard value, it should be replaced in time.
3. Wiring steps
The wiring steps are as follows:
(1) Remove the end cover of the motor and take out the bearing and shaft.
(2) Wind the stator coil of the motor, and pay attention to keeping the coil neat and flat.
(3) Fix the stator coil on the stator core with insulating tape.
(4) Wind the rotor coil of the motor, and pay attention to keeping the coil neat and flat.
(5) Fix the rotor coil on the rotor core with insulating tape.
(6) Lead out the wires of the stator coil and rotor coil respectively.
(7) Install the end cover of the motor back, and reinstall the bearing and shaft.
(8) Lead out the wires of the motor.
(9) Connect the wires to the external power supply and the wiring is completed.
3. Precautions for internal wiring of cone motors
1. Disconnect the power supply before wiring to ensure safety.
2. Label the wires when wiring for future maintenance.
3. Pay attention to the length and specifications of the wires when wiring. Wires that are too long or too short will affect the normal operation of the motor.
4. Ensure good insulation performance of the wires when wiring to avoid electric shock accidents.
5. Electrical testing is required after wiring to ensure that the electrical parameters of the motor meet the requirements.
