Dust explosion-proof motors are mainly used in flammable and explosive places with a lot of dust to prevent the risk of dust explosion.
Dust explosion-proof motor is a basic series of high-efficiency explosion-proof motor designed and developed by our company using advanced technology at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of my country's explosion-proof motor industry and market. It is an updated product of the YB2 series. The efficiency index complies with the provisions of "Level 2 Motor Energy Saving Evaluation Value" in GB18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades of Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors".
The dust explosion-proof motor complies with the provisions of the national standard GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure "d"". At the same time, the design of its explosion-proof structure and parameters refers to the standards of IEC60079-1 "Structure and Test of Flameproof Enclosures for Electrical Equipment" and EN50018 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Atmospheres "d"". The motor is made of flameproof type. Explosion-proof standards are Ex d I Mb, Ex d II AT4 Gb, Ex d II B T4 Gb, Ex d II C T4 Gb, which are respectively suitable for fixed equipment in coal mines and II A, IIB, and IIC for factories, and the temperature group It is not a place for explosive gas mixtures in groups T1~T4.
The power level and installation dimensions of dust explosion-proof motors comply with the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). And the corresponding relationship is the same as the YB2 series, so it can be interchanged with the YB2 motor.
The enclosure protection level of this series of motors is IP55 according to GB/T4942.1 "Enclosure Protection Classification of Rotating Electric Machines (IP Code)", if the user requires other protection levels, it can be negotiated separately.
The cooling method of this series of motors is IC411 according to the standards of GB/T7993 and IEC60034-5 "Cooling Method of Rotating Electric Machines". If the user requires other protection levels, it can be negotiated separately.
The basic installation method of this series of motors is a horizontal structure with feet (IMB3), and it can also be made into IMB35, IMB5, IMV1 and other types, in line with GB/T997 and IEC60034-7 "Rotating Motor Structure and Installation Type (IM Code)" Regulation. On the basis of YB3 basic series motors, it can be derived into YB3-W outdoor type, YB3-WTH outdoor humid tropical type and other explosion-proof motor products.
