Features of DC Motors
Micro DC motors are essentially DC motors. We have introduced it in detail in the previous article. After the motor is powered on, the speed is usually very high, at least a few hundred revolutions per minute, and the higher point can reach tens of thousands of revolutions. In this case the motor has very little torque and cannot drive that ratio. Since the DC motor has the characteristics of low speed and high torque, the AC motor cannot be replaced in this case, so we can adjust the speed of the DC motor through the reducer, and achieve the goal of the stepless deceleration electronic governor through the DC motor.
Features of DC motor: It has the characteristics of high precision, low noise, long life and strong bearing capacity, which can completely replace similar high-quality imported products. Because of its wide deceleration range, high performance index, convenient use and reliable operation, it is widely used in various small light industrial machinery, packaging, food, textile, cosmetic (beauty) machinery, printing equipment, instruments and various automation equipment, production lines. It adopts high-precision gears and oil seals, O-ring seals the gearbox, and adopts grease bathing method, which has the characteristics of low noise, long life, small size and high power. According to the user's special requirements for speed, various reduction ratios can also be made.
Advantages of DC motors:
1. The potential waveform of the DC motor is good, and the impact on electromagnetic interference is small.
2. The DC motor has a wide speed range and stable speed characteristics.
3. DC motor overload capacity, heat and braking torque are larger.
Due to the commutator, its manufacture is complicated and expensive
