How to improve the dipping effect of motor winding?
For any type of motor winding, insulation is a critical element. And the curing of motor winding’s dipping is one important aspect for motor insulation.
The factors affecting the curing effect of the winding dipping include the insulation performance of the dipping paint, the viscosity and the permeability of the paint, the paint amount of the winding, the different positions of the winding during the drying process, the uniformity of the paint accumulation,
and the winding’s
integrity after drying. The curing effect of the winding dipping not only has a great influence on the insulation performance of the motor, but also has a great correlation on the temperature rise and mechanical performance of the motor.
In order to achieve a better insulation effect of winding, many motor manufacturers take the winding and drying process as the special and key quality control points with necessary equipment, such as VPI-vacuum pressure impregnating- to ensure that the winding are heated and painted evenly with rotating oven.
