Will the motor steering be affected when the direction of left, right and ejection line of the motor changes?
The rotation direction is one of the important quality properties of motor products. If the customer has no special requirements, the manufacturer shall produce motors in a clockwise direction, that is, viewed from the extension end of the main shaft, the motor rotates in a clockwise direction. Special circumstances shall be noted when ordering.
In order to ensure motor rotation direction , most motor manufacturers will make necessary process regulations in the wiring link of the stator winding, so as to ensure that the lead wire of the motor winding can be smoothly installed on the wiring board, and also ensure the correctness of the rotation direction of the motor.
In view of the spatial matching relationship between the stator core and the base, end cover and other parts of the motor with winding, as well as the special requirements of customers for motor outgoing line and steering, the relative relationship between the outgoing line end of stator winding and the whole machine has changed.
In order to meet the requirements of users, many motor windings need to be adjusted in a certain link of production, such as changing the relative relationship between the winding outlet end and the whole machine (from the shaft extension end to the non shaft extension end, or vice versa) relative to the standard motor, or changing the relative position between the opening direction of winding lead wire and the circumferential direction of the base, etc. Then, the question arises. When these changes occur, does the phase sequence of the stator winding need to be adjusted? In order to facilitate description and understanding, we take the standard motor as the prerequisite for analysis. Only change the outgoing direction of the motor.
This is a parallel circumferential displacement of the opening position of the lead wire of the motor stator winding, which will not change the motor phase sequence. Another way of thinking, we can understand that the standard motor connected to the line has rolled in the circumferential direction, and the natural steering will not change. According to the above contents, the outgoing terminal shall not be adjusted. To change the motor direction, one phase shall be fixed and the other two phases shall be inverted. The wiring of stator winding shall be adjusted.
